The Sales Menu is for the entry of all transactions relating to Client Sales activity. These entries are processed through to the Inventory file for analysis and to the Accounts Mode for updating the Clients and General Ledger files.
The menu is divided into 4 sections for different functionalities:
Enter income transactions through Client Quote, Client Order, Client Invoice, Client Return, Cash Invoice and Cash Return.
Search by Transactions, Transaction Lines, Sales People, Clients and Periodic Invoice.
The Posting function enables the final processing of all transactions through to your General Ledger accounts. Once posted very few modifications are allowed, and NO deletion of any posted transaction is allowed.
Once a transaction is posted you have two options:
Print Transaction Reports for internal use, Orders and Invoices for Clients in the required format.
