This involves transaction screens for entering Client transaction data into the system.
Accounts Receivable is the balance of money due to a company for goods or services delivered or used but not yet paid for by clients. These screens allow you to break down these balances to the general ledger.
There are six screens:
Money Receipt (Cash) MR, Client Invoice CI, Credit Memo CC, Client Journal CJ, Client Receipt CR & Client Refund CF
|Money Receipt (MR):||Used when no Client details are available for entry into the transaction. You select the relevant Bank account then Payment type to determine what type of payment is received. For example, Cheque, Credit Card, Cash or Client accounts.|
|Client Invoice (CI):||This is to enter Invoices into Receivables.|
|Credit Memo (CC):||This is for the generation of Client credits.|
|Client Journal (CJ):||Client Journals are used when Client balances need adjustment.|
|Client Receipt (CR):||Handles the receipt of money from Clients for payment of accounts.|
|Client Refund (CF):||This is for returning funds to Clients.|
